Psssssst! Silent Bikram Yoga – new in July & August

The Silent Class is a great way to find a new awareness of breath, stillness and focus in your Bikram practice. The teacher is practicing side by side with the students and provides minimal queues on the sequence of the poses and their timing only. Everything else stays the same: 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises in 90 minutes at 40°C.

More than just hot.

This class is an opportunity to turn your attention inwards, listen to your breath and experience a more meditative practice in the way yoga is traditionally practiced.

Silent Bikram Yoga is every Tuesday at 8pm in July & August 2017. Familiarity with the Bikram Yoga sequence is required (min. of 30 classes). Please no beginners – Hot Deal not valid.
